Warranty for most of our compressor & airbrush models are 2 years since date of factory dispatch, unless specified otherwise in its manual.

NOTE: Warranty only applies to faults due to the manufacturer, not including consumable parts, user’s misuse or damage during transportation.

Please describe the problems in detail and events leading up to it including below and contact us at info@sparmaxair.com

1) How long has the unit been used (how old is the unit) before problem occurs?

2) Duration of each continuous use, frequency of use, brand & model of airbrush used in combination.

3) Serial number of the unit

Please check our distributor’s page and contact the nearby distributor to see if they carry the parts required. OR, please contact us and provide the following information to check:

a. The compressor model name

b. Serial number -- The serial number is located on the voltage sticker beneath the machine.

It should start with 1-2 alphabet letters and end with some numbers.

c. Photo of the broken parts/or parts required

d. Your location (address) and phone number

Same as above please check our distributor’s page and contact the nearby distributor to see if they carry the parts required. OR, please contact us and inform us for which airbrush model are the parts intended for and provide your location (address) and phone number.

Dual Action airbrush means the push button/trigger need to be pressed down for air first and then pulled back in order to get the color/solution out from the airbrush (2 actions involved). With single-action airbrush, only ONE action is involved. Air and color come out at the same time.​

Normally, if handled with care, meaning cleaned properly after each use, not losing parts, and not dropping the airbrush on hard surface, etc, you can keep your airbrush for a long time. Please follow the “Instruction to Clean Airbrush” for details. Please make sure to clean the airbrush after each use. Leaving colors/solutions unclean may result in blockages.

At times, where you need to dismantle/assemble the needle or nozzle cap, make sure you pull the push button all the way to the back first to prevent accidentally breaking the needle. Also, please do not flick the push button (i.e sudden release of push button when its position is all the way back) because this may hit the needle against the nozzle and eventually damage parts. You need to slowly release the trigger back to front (its original state) first before removing your finger.

The air flow provided by this compressor should, under most conditions, be sufficient for simultaneous operation of two airbrushes. However, it still depends on the airbrush in use. Some airbrushes require bigger airflow consumption and some less. Thus, users need to test them out and see if the airflow supplied by the compressor is enough for the application.

Imagine the time spent unscrewing and screwing the airbrush from the hose when you need to switch airbrushes. Now with quick release action users can change airbrushes fast and easy. Allows for convenient use of multiple airbrushes with one compressor and hose.

The Air Control Valve on the Quick Disconnect function's as a Pressure Regulator, meaning during airbrushing it only allows a Set/Controlled Airflow to pass through. Pressure builds up in between compressor outlet and hose. On the other hand, the Airbrush Bleed Valve is placed right beneath the airbrush and adjustment of airflow (or Pressure) is done through the release of air.

There are a few steps you need to perform and check:

1) Check for air leaks where air can be heard escaping, or apply a soap and water solution on all connections. Resulting bubbles indicate an air leak. Tighten fittings where necessary.

2) If your compressors come with a ‘pressure adjustable valve/knob’ or moisture trap with air release valve, please make sure you close the valve completely (turn clockwise ‘+’ sign), i.e. no release of air from the valve while airbrushing. Check if there is still a quick drop of pressure.

3) If your compressors come with a regulator/filter/gauge set, please make sure that pressure is adjusted to its max (turn the black regulator knob clockwise “+”sign). Check if there is still quick drop of pressure while airbrushing.

​If quick drop of airflow still persists, please contact us at info@sparmaxair.com and inform the serial number of your unit. The serial number is located on the voltage sticker beneath the machine. It should start with 1-2 alphabet letters and end with some numbers.

​Quick drop of pressure may result if the airbrush of use is not compatible with the compressor, meaning that the airbrush requires a larger compressor, ones with higher airflow volume.​

The Dual Head Airbrush Tool comes with 2 sides for the purpose of

a) Nozzle side - Dismantaling and assembling nozzle at ease without overscrews whatsoever

b) Air Valve side - Changing dual action air valve to single action valve
